This work will have an accompanying piece of prose–however, I need to post it online before I’m able to complete the writing. It takes me a while for the writing, when I make a painting intended to have a companion text piece. I can share what the origin of the remembered moment is for this work: nighttime, sneaking out, a first kiss, tropical winter. I made this work quickly; it felt bright and fun and right when I did.
